Last Consortium Meeting, Catania, 14-25 September 2026

The HappyMums Consortium gathered in Catania, Italy, on 14–15 September 2026 for its final Consortium Meeting. Over two days, partners came together to reflect on the progress made throughout the project, review the main achievements across all Work Packages, and discuss the remaining activities needed to bring the project to a successful conclusion. The meeting offered a valuable opportunity to take stock of the work accomplished, share the latest scientific updates, and ensure that all ongoing activities remain aligned with the project’s objectives.
Partners also discussed strategies to maximise the scientific impact of the results, strengthen their dissemination, and explore opportunities to build on the knowledge and collaborations developed throughout the project.
As the final Consortium Meeting, the gathering in Catania was also an opportunity to reflect on the collaborative efforts that have shaped HappyMums over the years. The discussions highlighted the consortium’s shared achievements and reinforced its commitment to translating scientific knowledge into a better understanding of perinatal depression and improved mental health outcomes for mothers and children.
