On 22 March 2026, the HappyMums Consortium hosted the 4th edition of the HappyMums HappyRun in the stunning setting of Monza Park, Italy.

The event brought together researchers, families, and members of the local community for a morning dedicated to health, wellbeing, and awareness. It also coincided with the opening of the HappyMums periodic consortium meeting, welcoming many international partners and adding a truly global dimension to the initiative.

Participants had the opportunity to run or walk through one of Europe’s largest urban parks, sharing an experience that combined physical activity with the promotion of maternal mental health. The HappyRun once again proved to be a powerful moment of connection, raising awareness while fostering a sense of community and support.
