HappyMums-HappyRun, Monza, 5 May 2024

On Sunday, May 5th, 2024, in the beautiful Park of Monza, one of Europe’s largest urban parks, the second edition of the HappyMums HappyRun took place. Also this year, the event ran in partnership with the DKRACE, a major running competition that brings together professional athletes, amateur runners and families for a day of sport and community.

Throughout the event, the HappyMums stand attracted many visitors curious to learn more about the project. Participants could explore informative materials on perinatal mental health, pick up project gadgets, and speak directly with HappyMums researchers. These conversations offered a valuable opportunity to raise awareness, answer questions, and connect with people interested in maternal mental health and the project’s ongoing research.

The 2024 edition of the HappyRun strengthened the project’s presence in the community and highlighted the importance of promoting wellbeing for mothers and families through both scientific research and public engagement.
