Thanks to the expressive power of dance and music, the Luci&Ombre Show managed to portray once again the emotions and struggles experienced by women and families facing emotional and behavioural difficulties. Promoting understand and empathy is one of the best ways to fight stigma.​

However, the focus was on showing how creativity and community can support recovery and hope, highlighting the power of art, physical activity, and social connection in promoting mental wellbeing.
